Luxury Lodge - Sleeps 4 hot tub & parking

Absolutely nothing

I have stayed in many properties over the years for various purposes, work and leisure etc and this is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. We were staying at another property on the 23rd, so we stayed at this property for one night until the next one was available and we instantly regretted it. The fridge was disgusting, the cloth on the side that I was expected to wash pots with was revolting. There were filthy oven trays in the draw. Dirty socks on the radiator. Wallpaper hanging off the walls, curtain poles falling down. Dirty toilet, even the coffee table hadn’t been wiped over. The whole place just looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, so much so that we didn’t even sleep in the bedrooms or eat in this place, we slept on the sofa and left early the next morning. When we contacted the owner he said we could have a refund if we left there immediately, we were 3 hours from home and it was 5pm at this point and we needed to stay in Wales due to our next property being available the next day. So had to stay. I would advise anybody to NOT stay here until it has had a thorough renovation and DEEP DEEP clean!!! DO NOT STAY!

Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us.

Nice lodge in a nice part of Wales.

Unsanitary and unkempt campsite. The lodge is not being cleaned properly and the website is false advertising.

Cooked our own breakfast. Location nice and quiet.

Lodge could have been cleaner. No tea towels or oven glove. Bed didn’t appear clean . All bed linen very creased. Very dusty all around.
