The location

The cleanliness and the value. The unit was not in great condition. With a bit of effort it could have been presented much better. The blinds were broken and dirty. There were tiles off. Broken Chair. Aircon filters were left on top of the fridge.

This place was really spacious, comfortable and great location which meant we could walk everywhere. It was also really clean and they provided milk and cold water which was nice! I found the beds comfy and had a great sleep. Would stay again since it’s so convenient.

The lady at the gas station where you “check in” has zero customer service skills, property is fine though if you don’t mind staying next to a gas station.

Absolutely nothing, we ended up sourcing alternative arrangements.

Felt unsafe, there was food scum on 'clean' plates and glasses, the room smelt, the handles were falling off the oven and fridge, the shower/water didn't work, the linen looked unchanged and dirty. Next to 24/7 petrol station with window overlooking petrol pumps.
