Bed was comfortable

Poor access about 10 very steep concrete steps up to unit internally, parking on street, sleeping accommodation on a landing. Bathroom needs update, very poor lighting, shower over bath, no non slip mat, no separate toilet. Kitchen facilities very poor, mismatched crockery, old utensils, no sugar provided. Needs a complete renovation.

Clean, comfortable, spacious - perfect launch pad into Bright. Don’t be fooled by the photo of the Servo, the apartment was great, cosy linen, plenty of space for lounging about. Grateful for the flexibility & communication. Will stay again, thanks!

Broken toilet. Strange set up. No bath mat. Terrible shower. Musty/dusty. Open food/milk in fridge. No coffee. 2 wine glasses for 5 guests. Noise. Security.

Good location and cleanness

Apart from all the above there was no hotwater, so we had to leave without having a shower. Very overpriced for what it is, photos are very misleading

For our stay,what we wanted to do this was the perfect location. A short walk to everywhere we wanted to go, so convenient!

Not a big deal but didn't have a couple of key utensils we needed, spare bin bags etc but definitely not a deal breaker as easily fixed.
