El desayuno estuvo bueno, el detalle fue que no calientan las tortillas para acompañar el desayuno o uno no está acostumbrado a comerlas frías Y que el horario de servicio termina muy pronto de ahí bien

El cuarto que nos tocó ni siquiera sale en las fotos, prácticamente estabamos hasta el techo. Una de las camas era super dura, para que se llenará el wc teníamos que moverle a algo y tenía un ruido muy feo, la lámpara de la mesa no servía y un día se nos fue la luz. Nuestra estancia tenía desayuno incluido (pan tostado y cafe) pero no lo usamos ya que se servía a partir de 8:30 si mal no recuerdo y para las actividades que teníamos planeadas no nos daba tiempo. Tiene buena ubicación si, pero no se si lo vale.

Location is just a few blocks away from the zocalo. Lots of things nearby and very safe

The restrooms were not the cleanest

Breakfast was terrible, they offered only half of a small apple and tea. The only good thing there was the location. Although too noise.

The room was old, the walls of the room are peeling of, the sink in the bathroom wasn't working, there was water on the floor coming of from the button of the sink, they didn't want to give us another room downstairs, they offer one but there was on the 3rd floor and no elevator, so they turned off the water taps., We didn't have water all night, to the point that we had to leave our room and go to another bathroom to wash our hands if we used the toilet. We asked them to give us a refund or a discount, and they were very negative about it. We were very unhappy; I do not recommend this hotel.

Sencillamente la ubicación

La habitación que nos habían asignado era una hasta la planta alta, muy incómodo de subir si es que vas acompañado de una persona mayor (cómo fue mi caso) además la habitación no contaba con agua caliente ni agua en el inodoro

La atención al cliente y el siguiente era bueno!

Nuestro cuarto era muy obscuro, no tenía ventanas, no había ventilación y por eso era muy húmedo con señales en el baño de moho. También hubo mucho ruido. Las paredes son delgadas y por eso se oía mucho ruido del hotel. Por la calidad del cuarto el precio es muy elevado.
