Everything! Location, spacious

We loved our apartment, it was so unique with all the shutters and balconies looking over the street. Great location to the center of town too. The hotel was really helpful with instructions to get to the apartment also. They also helped us a book an excellent authentic Flamenco show - would highly recommend.

Nothing. Finding the parking was a bit confusing, but we finally figured it out. Don't arrive in peak hr traffic.

The beds were very comfy

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The whole checking checking in system is a dysfunctional AI. I don’t mind the idea of people using AI for this although I do prefer humans but when you use an AI that doesn’t work properly that’s verging on ridiculous. We spent close to 2 hours trying to check in because you have to login your passport yourself which is normal in Spain. But then the system wouldn’t accept them so we had to call . yet we couldn’t reach a human we had some annoying American artificial intelligence voice to deal with which couldn’t answer our queries. Eventually, when we did get through to a real person, she was very helpful. But this is symptomatic of a lack of quality that is so prevalent in our world today. Me and my family felt very sad and by the experience.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at Apartamentos Luna Suites Palacio Dorita in Granada. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The location was central with easy access to all tourist sites - perfectly located. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including coffee pods with milk and sugar, as well as olive oil and balsamic vinegar pods — small details that made a big difference. Overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations. It combined comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful hospitality in a way that made our short stay feel special. We would highly recommend Apartamentos Luna Suites Palacio Dorita to anyone visiting Granada and would happily stay here again.
