Puede que el apartamento fuera con anterioridad un local comercial y no está bien aislado ni acústica ni lumínicamente, se escucha el ruido de la calle y la luz de la calle entra por las ventanas, algo incómodo para descansar, en el anuncio pone que tiene aparcamiento en las instalaciones y no es del todo cierto, hay que pagar por el aparcamiento que se encuentra en el hotel propietario de los apartamentos a unos 5 minutos a pie
