"Jó hely a Duna szerelmeseinek"

Nagyon klassz a Duna közelsége. Fínomak, frissek az ételek. Szép modern berendezés. Kedves személyzet. Hangulatos Dunaparti dekoráció. Szép gondozott kert. Jó, hogy 9-ig nyitva a wellness. A szabadstrand közelsége nagyon szerencsés.

Helyszűke miatt nehéz eljárni az ágy mellett., valahogy át kéne rendezni a berendezést.

We liked the waiter's approach.

We had a really bad experience at the check-in this year. When we arrived, we were asked to wait, although we presented a print reservation for what we've already paid: a "Superior Queen Room.""". Instead of being handed keys for the room that we reserved, we were asked to talk through the phone twice with a person named Attila, after we filed out the check-in forms, that we considered totally unprofessional, and our reservation wasn't solved as we expected. They allocated us a room way under what we reserved even though they explained to us that it is a similar one. We were very unhappy with it, and they tried to give us one similar to what we booked. We accepted eventually because we were very tired. The room was smaller and with a tiny TV that didn't work on the channels. We went to have a late meal accordingly, and we ordered soups and Palinkas, and they said that is from the house, and we accepted because we didn't want to escalate the situation. Unfortunately, they hosted a party/ wedding with loud music on speaker outside the building and loud people talking outside till at least 02:00 in the morning and the manager said that they cannot control what people are doing in his premises that's we consider totally uncomfortable, and we couldn't rest properly. All in all, that was a bad experience in that wonderful resort, which we didn't think it could happen because in 2025, we had a really nice experience. As a final consideration, we were really frustrated that for this kind of this resort, nobody was speaking English in the first instance. Although another person was called to have a kind of English conversation about our booking and that's is the person who was trying to put me on the phone with Attila person.
