no es lo que vez en cuanto a las fotos y les falta bastante mantenimiento a las instalaciones tanto dentro del cuarto como en areas dentro de la instalacion como la alberca y limpieza en general

The property was terrible! Everything was dirty, floor sheets and bathroom. The front door knob was falling off the door. So anyone really could turn it with enough force and get in the room, no key needed.There were massive amounts of bugs and mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom had no amenities, tp, soap or even air circulation. The showers tile was jagged, one wrong slip and you could slice your foot. We did not stay here one night nor did they refund or try to accommodate. They took the money and resold the room to another party. They did so to myself and other guests that did not want to stay either. I recommend looking else where. Honestly anywhere else.

Las empleadas y la atençion al cliente. Servicio al cliente muy importante. Me gusto mucho la alberca limpia. Ray Dion.

No hay interés del personal para resolver problemas, los huéspedes no cuidan sus perros, me quisieron morder, estuve tres días y no realizaron limpieza del cuarto, éramos dos personas y solo de dieron una toalla y pequeña, etc, no los recomiendo
