The staff were so nice and accommodating.. The girls who tidied the rooms are so lovely and friendly.. They work very hard.. Restaurant and front of house are all very kind and friendly

The beds and pillows!! The mattress was rock hard, and it felt like I was lying on the floor. I had no sleep.
