Lage direkt in Flughafen Nähe super zum Übernachten, 07/11 direkt nebenan

Bad total alt und schmuddelig, Föhn hat nicht funktioniert, Zimmer hatte nicht wie beschrieben noch eine Schlafcouch.

"New staff & new owners. I noticed a few upgrades and experienced excellent customer service"

It is obvious there are new owners at this hotel. The staff were magnificent.

The Aircon was very dirty. I removed the air filters and cleaned them. It should be added to the list of needing immediate attention.

Ничего,ужасное отношение сотрудника,деньги не захотели вернуть,испортили настроение,после двух месяцев прекрасного отдыха,прям перед вылетом,хотелось посмотреть Банкок,теперь останется в памяти,как что то неприятное,написано свой уголок как дома,но даже нет чайника,интернет не работает,на вопрос к сотруднику,почему,ответ,погода дождь,но он там сейчас каждый день,душевая вся дырявая,вся вода в разные стороны,не советую никому,если хотите уехать домой с приятным впечатлением от отпуска

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family to catch an early morning flight, and overall, the location was very convenient for our needs. The property is situated in a lively area with plenty of food options and local vendors nearby, which made it easy to grab meals and explore the surroundings.

The booking description mentioned a kitchenette; however, the room we were assigned did not include one. On a positive note, the room did feature a pleasant balcony overlooking the busy city, which offered a nice view—though it may be a bit noisy for light sleepers. We discovered that the mattress had noticeable stains, and the bedding appeared worn, with yellowish discoloration rather than the expected clean white linens. This detracted from an otherwise comfortable stay.

THE PICTURES ON BOOKING.COM IS NOWHERE CLOSE TO THE REAL LIFE AS SEEN IN THE HOTEL. THE ROOM LOOKED LIKE IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF CONSTRUCTION...THE WALLS WERE CEMENT. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND MISLEADING TO INTERESTED PARTIES. HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE. BOOKING.COM SHOULD TAKE DOWN PICTURES PLS.
