The location was great the best sun rises!!! The house was beautiful and very roomy. Nice area, very peaceful. plenty of room for vehicles if you have multiple families. Great discount for the golf cart available as well

I would have liked to have had spices available and possibly a few more trash bags. ( Or maybe just aware that there was not any available) For a house that can fit up to 12 people it will fill the trashes quickly (maybe just a few more I know you don't supply for all the days ) We were not aware of no spices usually some houses have spices so we had to go out and buy all the spices for what we cooked. But other then that it was a great place would definitely recommend

Good amount of space for large group.

It was infested with knats, had a bad smell in the upstairs kitchen & living area, the guest bathroom toilet was not secured and was dangerously startling to sit on. Also, the Silver Sands Management company was rude and not accommodating for an early check in. They were done cleaning at 1:30pm, but resumed to be kind and open the property early. And they easily could have bc they used locks with timers. No reason for this type of treatment when paying $2,300 for the weekend.
