Saint Joseph Suites Down Town Tampa

There was no room for us when we arrived. We did try and contact them days before but got no answers b how to check in. The outside of the bldg. Is worn down. Think we were better off not staying there.

The unit was dirty, three tvs, none in working order, one bed did not have a blanket, busted closet door, no instructions on Wifi, dishes were dirty and no dishcloths to dry them… very noisy sketchy neighborhood and communication with owner was very difficult… I do not recommend and would not go back.

First of all it took forever to get into the room/rooms, was given the wrong door code. Kept calling and getting hung up on, then reached someone who asked me how I got their number, it was super unprofessional and aggravating. The rooms were both disgusting; live roaches, semen on the bedspread, dirty/stained sheets, the smell in the whole place was so rancid I couldn’t even stay, I chose to get back on the road and drive for 9 hours. Oh and 4sheets of toilet paper left, hardly enough for a night. Super disappointing. I would NEVER recommend this place.

The owners were very helpful. Easy to communicate with.

Hot tub was broken and none of the pictures matched the location- this is a scam!!!

The unit was clean. The pet area was very small. Had to take our dog for long walks but the neighborhood was sketchy. Three days in a row large police presence. There was a death on property when we arrived. The high fees were not worth the area.

No front desk check in. Had to wait outside for an hour to get into the unit, because we didn't have the door lock code. No one answered our calls to their posted phone number.

Towel was wet, hand towel dirty. Found a bug in the bed. Ran out of soap in the bathroom. Smells like cigarettes in here.

Wasn't able to stay ...... Someone was still in the room when i checked in ..... Room Wasn't available

The apartment was nice, needs a good cleaning and laundry was not completed. Was hoping the hot tub worked as advertised but was inop and a disappointment. Price was right for the area but a large cleaning deposit was unnecessary as I had to clean up from the last visitor. Need to fix door lock and ensure all remotes for tv’s are present. Need newer towels Was what we needed for one night, but wouldn’t stay longer. Would however stay again if they fixed a few of the items mentioned. Thanks, Rober
