Villa Alamari Inn And Suites

Room is clean, area is quiet but about seven in the mourning they start barbecuing next to our room filling whit smog I still smell like I I’m the one barbecuing an my head is hurting no to pleasant

Great Place to stay, staff are amazing and prices are great

Peaceful hotel right in the middle of town

Sheets were dirty (literal dirt in the bed, along with black scuff marks on the sheets). Bathroom sink is on the kitchen counter with no mirror except a hanging mirror on the wall beside it (which makes shaving over the sink impossible). Heater was very loud. You have to call for the office staff to come to the office. Normally I wouldn’t leave a review, and I know there aren’t many options in the area, but this one was pretty rough.

There were no curtains over blinds so I hung a sheet over it. The mattress slipped to side so I had to sleep in middle to not fall out. Flies everywhere inside the room. No desk or chair. No deadbolt. I put the stool under the door handle every night. Not a place to walk around at night.

This was the second time we stayed there. The only issue I had was the heater wasn’t working correctly. Everything else was great. Very clean and great place to stay.

We stayed here a couple weeks ago as a stopover on a longer road trip. We’ve had some bad experiences with privately owned hotels (as opposed to the big brands like Hilton or Marriott) so we weren’t sure what to expect. We were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms are freshly renovated, and absolutely spotless, with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. These features alone make it a bargain for the price, but the real highlight is the staff. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were so accommodating in every way. The Villa Alamari is far more like a boutique hotel than a roadside budget motel. There’s also a market and restaurant next door which smelled divine! Every possible thing we may have needed was covered. We will absolutely stay here again.
