The tiny bathroom Overpriced for what it was

Room was cosy and comfortable

Bathroom was small, but for an overnight stay, it was quite nice.

The price

There was a wet carpet smell. There was lots of traffic noise with the trucks on the highway. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t even dry off in there. The position of the shower head was too high and could pose a risk of scalding reaching into the taps

For a unexpected overnight stay the room was basic but clean. The bed was comfortable so that was a plus.

The bathroom is very "tight" but you can see they have "upgraded" the facilities & the water was hot - again a plus. The location is sort of on the "edge" of Ararat, but you could walk into town if your up to it - if your planning on a meal you would have to drive into the town centre - nothing close by

No rubbish bins on the ground

Small but neat and tidy. Comfortable bed and pillow.

Can hear the traffic and the person next door snoring.

Beds were comfy, heating was good

Hot water took a long time to come in, and front door sticky. Coffee station cover was broken.
