Boemio FLH Hotels

Estremamente pulito, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, posizione centralissima e comoda con tutti i mezzi. gli hotel di FLH sono sempre un piacevole soggiorno con un sapore di casa

Colazione e buffet del pomeriggio un po’ scarsi in varietà rispetto alla media degli altri FLH, rapporto prezzo/camera troppo alto, il doppio rispetto alla media dei pari. Abbiamo scelto comunque questo perché conosciamo la qualità della catena, ma per il prezzo pagato sarebbe dovuto essere tutto “più che al top” Invece ad esempio se si è all’ultimo piano si deve fare una rampa di scale e non era stato comunicato. Uno degli ospiti aveva mobilità limitata e sarebbe stato utile saperlo per scegliere un’altra camera. Il personale ci tengo a ribadire però che è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile

Fantastic location. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated. The welcome note and chocolates were a lovely touch. The hotel in general was stunning. Breakfast was super with a great choice for a continental breakfast and the tea, coffee and cake through the day was fab

Fantastische service, koffie en koekjes kan je de hele dag door pakken. Maar ook zeker het ontbijt kan niet achterblijven. Keurig verzorgt genoeg keuzes van broodjes vers fruit sappen en heerlijke nespresso koffie.

Er waren geen tegenvallers.

Das Hotel liegt äußerst zentral im historischen Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet trotz der historischen Grundmauern und alles wünschenswerte ist zu finden. Das Frühstücksbuffet fällt, dem begrenzten Platz geschuldet, eher klein aus, aber lecker und es sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Der positive Eindruck wird durch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal abgerundet.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein und sofern man zu zweit sein sollte könnte die Ehebettdecke störend sein.

The location is absolutely fabulous! The room was spacious (we had a suite on the 3rd floor), very comfortable bed, it was quiet - we couldn’t hear anything from outside! It was super clean and the breakfast was good. Loved the free water and coffee/cake in the afternoon.

Some of the junior staff members were a bit unfriendly & chatting loudly during breakfast which was a bit annoying but then again - “feels like home” with moody teenagers around ;)

The hotel is in a very central location, very near the Rossio metro station and train station. Hotel is a small boutique hotel, it is very clean and well run. Our room was large enough for a city center hotel. Bathroom and very clean. AC worked well but we opened the window instead but there was some external noise as the location is very central, with windows closed not an issue. Staff were excellent and I saw them assist several guests with city information. Breakfast was buffet style and you could also order some dishes directly from the staff. There was coffee available in the reception area 24 hours a day.
