They are clearly overbooking their property and solving their mistakes by downgrading prepaid guests. I arrived to find my standard room unavailable, and instead of a solution or an apology, I was met with extreme rudeness from the front desk staff, who tried to gaslight me into believing I hadn't been downgraded.They refused to refund my prepaid money, offered no financial compensation, and completely ruined my vacation in Lisbon. They do not respect consumer rights or their own guests. Do not risk your hard-earned vacation here; look for a hotel that actually honors its bookings.

Convenient location, very clean room and facilities, really welcoming and polite staff! The staff also were helpful providing suggestions for places and sights nearby to visit!

A localização é perfeita. Funcionários educados e prestativos. O quarto é confortável e foram oferecidas várias amenidades (chinelo, touca de banho, shampoo/condicionador/sabonete). O café da manha é excepcional. Na parte da tarde fica disponível café e bolo para os hospedes.

Zum Glück haben die fenster den lärm von draussen git abgehalten, aber mit offenem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen - wahrscheinlich nirgends in der Innenstadt

Fantastisk, sentral beliggenhet. Nydelig oppusset interiør i en gammel bygning. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale.
