Great place, adequate room.

The living room remote didn't work correctly and the toilet was running continuously but these things were minor and I let them know about it and they were not aware of this. They were grateful that I let them know so they could fix it.

It was close to the park and had plenty of room for both my older kids and younger ones.

Everything in the condo and outside were perfect

The only bad thing was location. Good location but can be difficult at times pulling out onto the parkway

Location good. There was no breakfast.

Better maintenance. Overhead light in one bedroom not working. Only one sheet for hideaway bed. No soap for kitchen. Indoor pool needed cleaning. No breakfast. Nice

The condo was clean and huge. Loved the location. It was close to everything.

The elevator was broken from Monday afternoon until Thursday afternoon. So we had to help My dad who is 80 and who uses a walker or wheelchair walk up and down 5 flights of stairs everyday. So we only left the condo once a day and we're unable to come back for meals. This meant eating out daily instead of cooking our meals which is a big part of why we always rent condos verses hotels. Yes we were offered a refund but it takes us months to research and book a place. So just checking a hotel was not an option and neither was repacking everything food included and taking it down 5 flights of stairs. It would have taken more time to do this. A discount would of been nice.
