Lokalizacja Uprzejmy personel który pozwolił na wcześniejsze skorzystanie z pokoju

Niestety mój pobyt w tym hotelu nie spełnił oczekiwań. Największym rozczarowaniem była rozbieżność między zdjęciami prezentowanymi w ofercie a rzeczywistym wyglądem obiektu i pokoi. Na zdjęciach wszystko sprawia wrażenie nowoczesnego i zadbanego, natomiast na miejscu widać już wyraźne zużycie oraz brak dbałości o detale. Sam standard pokoju był przeciętny i zdecydowanie odbiegał od tego, co sugerowała oferta. To powoduje poczucie wprowadzenia w błąd, szczególnie jeśli ktoś wybiera hotel właśnie na podstawie zdjęć. Dodatkowo w hotelach o „niższym standardzie”, w pokojach jest chociaż dostępna woda, herbata, bądź kawa. A w standardzie tego obiektu był dostępny jedynie czajnik i kubki. Na szczęście Nasz pobyt był tylko na jedną dobę, w przeciwnym przypadku, byłabym skłonna zmienić hotel.
