The room didn't have towels and didn't have any hot water

GBThe room on the first floor had a nice bathroom, comfy bed, and ac could be switched to heat as it was rather cold. It was easily accessible to many areas.
Firstly we were given a large family room on the ground floor, there was no running hot water, We were promised the water would run, but it never did. We were eventually moved uptstairs to a cosier double room. The hassle of being moved is not acceptable especially as we had unpacked etc. No fresh towels were provided.
