USSpacious, clean, although there was a very noticeable musty smell. Enough hot water for 4 showers. Didn't hear any noise from neighbors. Call answered quickly with questions
Dryer start doesn't work well, had to push many times before it would start. Twin beds are uncomfortable and squeaky. Teens had to sleep on queen bed. Couch foam mattress thin, cover nasty. Couch difficult to fold back up from bed without pushing on metal bars to make clearance.

USLocation was great, we have stayed at Mountain View several times, different condos.
This particular condo was in need of many many updates and in need of new house keeping. When you walk in it gives you a good feeling because it smells of bleach so your like ok that's good it's clean, Wrong!!!! The floors were horrible they hadn't been swept or moped in sometime you walk bare footed and your feet were really dirty you walk in socks and they get black, NASTY!!! getting silverware out of drawer it was filthy. Refrigerator leaked inside very bad, the twin beds in one of the bedrooms the head boards were so loose everytime you get in and out they shook so bad like they were going to fall off. Needed tightening up. Queen bedroom two people would roll to middle of bed in a hole. No bars in bathrooms for anyone to hang on to if elderly or disabled.... house keeping might do better job if she didn't bring toddlers to work with her. I did speak to her about the floors and she gave me the meanest look. You may pay lots $$$ of money to rent you expect nicer. I hope next renters have better luck. Oh and by the way $50.00 check out fee for every 30 minutes your late checking out is a joke nevery been anywhere they would charge like that....Very disappointed 😤😡😠
