Very slow service, no bath towel available for about three days

Its clean and on a strategic location, staffs were very helpful and we felt safe around everyone

The water supply that was cut off twice during my Seven days stay at the hotel .

Staff was very friendly and helpful. From the security person to the restaurant staff, most were professional, friendly and had good customer service. Repair services were prompt. The option of airport pick up with the van is very good. If new to Douala, the reception team provide excellent support, advice on better means of transportation around the city. The laundary/dry cleaning service adjacent to the hotel is amazing and very much needed for longstay.

The hot water in my room had to be repair everyday. I stayed for a week and they have no automatic refill of supplies such as replacing the water, toilet roll, tea tray etc. No daily request if room cleaning/ emptying of the bins were required unless you requested. The rooms had only one key for an executive suite. Which is not good when staying as a family. Toilets had no hand washing soap. I had to buy my own. Breakfast option was only eggs, nothing else. So very difficult to eat paid for breakfast for the week. Phones in the room was not working which means for any need, I had to go down to reception to make requests for repairs, toilet paper, etc. @marriot team, you really need to expand the breakfast options. Even if it just to add toast and two types of cereals, it will be beneficial for people staying more than a day or two.

Very good location, super close to both the airport and several large supermarkets and shopping centers. Staff was very helpful and polite though out the entire property, always willing to assist. Felt very safe at the property at all times. Rooms were a good size and clean.
