We love this place and feel so lucky we found it! It’s an amazing place to stay!

Such a cute, quaint, and quiet property! The complimentary staple foods provided was just PERFECT! We stayed with 2 other guest pairs. Everything was safe, respectful, and enjoyable!!! We will definitely be coming back to stay!!!!!

Room in beautiful house on beautiful property! As long as you buy-in to the communal aspects/respect of the house, you will love it. Perfect base while visiting child at Ithaca College. It was immaculate. Not a speck of dust anywhere. The property manager does a fantastic job. Would absolutely stay again.

All dishes etc are dusty and dirty. Kitchen sink was filthy all around it. Dish soap bottle was disgusting! Had to call about how to work TV to find out remote is missing so he looked in furniture to find food instead. When I first walked into our room I thought it was cleaned as bed was made so sloppy. I pull comforter up find I'm hoping clean shets but they were so wrinkle they looked like someone slept in them. We were the only ones there first night then another guy came second night if you had rooms filled you would hear people walking and talking as the floors are that creaky. Public area large fan was filthy. All window unit AC were still in at the end of November and so much cold air was coming in. The fake flowers outside were very tacky. The driveway was a sheet of ice we mentioned it to Christian his response was "I'm not about to throw ice down". I guess he would rather someone fell instead. So we parked right next to building not in the designated parking spots. There were no pastries like website stated yet there was food in fridge qnd on shelves that I wouldn't think people would ever touch. Main level bath had hole in wall with a board with many nails leaning in there. We are originally from Ithaca and come back 3-4 times a year and thought we try this because the price was right but with the location and quality wouldn't stay again. We wanted a king but it said it was available yet no one was using it! Not sure how reviews are staying its clean!

it was a great stay in a charming timberframe barn. The place was quaint and had all we wished for. We will return for another stay, for sure.

Very cozy guest house. Self check in and out. Beautiful timber home crafted by the owner with tasteful decorations everywhere. Everything was clean and well kept.

I enjoyed my stay at the Yellow Barn Estate! Everything was clean and convenient! I could come and go and didn’t feel like I was bothering anyone. The room was comfortable and the amenities (I.e., being able to use the kitchen) were convenient! It was just like a bed and breakfast, but you made your own breakfast! The location was perfect for what I needed for my trip!
