Edgewater Resort

My wife and I spent five nights. It was such a nice, relaxing getaway. The quaint cabin was immaculate and includes assigned parking, which is convenient. The location is very peaceful but only a 15 minute drive to all the attractions of downtown Hot Springs or Oaklawn (horse racing). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying there.

Perfect quiet lakeside location. Great for putting in our kayaks. Unit 2 is small but we were happy with that and didn't need more. Very clean. Liked the nice deck and a firepit. Owners very receptive to emails and calls. would stay there again.

The cabin and surrounding area were really cute and cozy. We loved the proximity to the lake, the owners were really sweet, and the patio was great. The bed was very comfortable. The pull-out couch mattress was thin and not very comfortable, the couch looked old so it didn’t feel as clean, and there were cosmetic details such as the stove-top and linen that could use updates. Overall, I wouldn’t call it a resort because there were limited amenities, however the cluster of cabins and the property overall made for a fun, cost-effective and safe stay for the week. I would book again. Hopefully in the future there are some updates such as kayaks/life-jackets available.

Kind and flexible management/ownership. The location was an easy drive to numerous tourist attractions. We will come back and stay again soon.

Comfy place where we enjoyed a girls weekend. Clean with all you need for an enjoyable wkd.

Nice little cabin. Exactly as described. Comfy beds, nice bath and kitchen, nice living room area to chill and watch TV. New deck with nice outdoor seating-includes grill and firepit. Easy location to get to anywhere in the Hot springs area.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. it was peaceful and relaxing. Jerrry was a good host and he took care of EV charging station.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay ray here. The area was quiet, the property had everything we needed, and the cottages were charming. We were here for 5 nights while exploring the Hot Springs area. We stayed in one of the dog friendly cabins and were delighted with the old charm feeling. The cabin had everything we needed for the stay (minus food and toiletries). The doggie area was straight across from the cottage so it was conveniently located. There was a porch, grill and seating area just outside the door. Since it was mid-fall we really enjoyed sitting outside. We enjoyed the shared space down by the river as well. We had several evening fires in the pits provided, just relaxing by the water. While we were there, it was quiet and exactly what we wanted. A little get-a-way place that offered the comfort of a home, but little enough to be cozy. The only thing we would have changed, was the bed. We weren't as confortable on it as we would have liked, but we're older and spoiled. 🙂 We'll be back!!

Cabin #1 was the best right on the water with kayaks and a bonfire it was so beautiful to wake up and be able to look out on the water, can’t say enough good things
