Excellent facilities, very clean.

Hard to open door key lock on outside. A few minor repairs needed. Cattle grid on entry to camp noisy

Quirky accommodation in an unusual location. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Good free wifi, nice furnishings

Over the quirkiness and the facilities- there was a pizza wheel and cheese grater- never find those in self catering units usually. Plenty of space, tv and Wi-Fi were great.

A single z bed might be really helpful- our giant 14 year old took up the sofa bed on his own and the smaller boy slept on sofa cushions on the floor.

Staying in a location with lots of history. Seems newly refurbished and equipped. Lots of space. Efficient check in. Lots of information provided on things to do in the area.

Accommodation was modern, well laid out and clean. We were really impressed with the accommodation it was warm and cosy. Modern furnishing and well equipped. We could not find a fault at all. We visited the museum on site, cafe as well. Walking around the site it was great to see so much of the original camp and how much work has gone into preserving it. We will definitely go back! It's quiet, calm and so peaceful. Anyone we met was friendly and kind. Plenty of places to visit nearby, places to eat as well.
