No heater, was very cold during the night

Very clean and spacious room. Good choice at breakfast.

For tourists the location could have been better but the receptionists helped us book taxis to get around so it was manageable.

Es un hotel sin agua caliente,el aire acondicionado muy deficiente,los empleados no tienen experiencia,te traen saca corchos dañados y te lo quieren cobrar te dicen que el agua es gratis y te cobran carisimo no es un hotel mediocre

Location, room size, and value for money - except the breakfast!

Breakfast is not good. I recommend having breakfast somewhere else. E.g. the other side of the road has a very nice bake shop/café that serves great breakfast. The staff serving breakfast was un-attentive and managed to get the order wrong 4 times. I should mention, the hotel have you sign off a piece of paper with the breakfast menu, so it really should be easy get right, and its a very small menu

I liked everything but there is a gap at the bottom of the shower glass door that leaked to the bathroom floor. It won't stop me to reserve a room again.

There is nothing that I didn't like.
