Cleanliness, comfort

Decent size apartment with all facilities you need. Bonus points for washing machine especially for longer stays. The owners were really nice and always helpful. Apartment is really close to the beach. I stayed during winter/spring season, so only a few places around were open, but the beach was still beautiful to walk around.

Apartment states it has private parking, but that parking can only be really used by a small car and even then I wouldn't recommend it, because the space is very small and narrow.

Very comfortable apartment, almost beachside. We stayed out of season so it was quiet but the accommodation was of good quality and clearly well looked after. Comfortable, well maintained, very clean. The owners were available if we needed advice but otherwise left us to enjoy our holiday. Lots of places to eat locally, small shops for any other requirements near by too. We were given a kettle without having to ask and mugs were along side the tiny coffee cups. We ate out each evening but there is a hob, oven and microwave if you feel like cooking.

Close to beach and Cesenatico attractions and railway station. Well equipped, modern and clean apartment. Large comfy bed. Washing machine very useful. Hosts communicated very well and brought forward our check in to suit our train arrival time.

Nice location near to the local beaches. They have a good private parking place not so far from the building.

It was not so clean. The airconditioner was totally black inside (and its smell was unpleasant) and the bathroom cabin had some mold. An iron machine & desk would be useful.
