Aqua by Dreams Hotel

The restaurant on site was nice. Staff was helpful and kind. Obvious signs of construction with equipment everywhere. Needs a solid brickbwall/ fence on the side across from 101102 103 Because the music is so loud from the business there early morning and all day. This makes the stay not so relaxing. We had no idea about a shuttle to the cruise port. We found out by accident late at night for the next morning and already paid for transportation. This would have been nice to know ahead of time. We also found out it only goes to one port and not both which is not good. Restaurant food and service was excellent. Music was too loud as far as trying to have a conversation. We had to yell the entire time which makes it hard to visit with each other. It seems like you are on a good path with making this a great resort as far as reno. Keep it up.

I normally never write reviews but this place deserved a FULL review! We ended up booking this place for our last two days in PR and it was a last minute decision. We were a little weary as tourists visiting and being kind of far off the resort but wow the views on this place were incredible. It literally felt like a home away from home. We were right off the beach and the customer service was above and beyond! Our room was very clean and accommodated all of our needs including a fridge and microwave. And then on top of that, the sheets and bedding were clean! We were able to walk right behind our room on to the beach and that was honestly one of the best parts not even including the bar and grill that is located at the hotel. The customer service between the front desk and the bar and grill was amazing. They made us feel right at home and even allowed us to go out to the beach after hours though the doors were locked. I don’t have not one complaint honestly. I would recommend this place 20 times over! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to PR! A true hideaway gem if you are looking to see the true side of Puerto Rico outside of the tourist area!

Very nice place

Our air conditioning unit turned off the first night in the middle of the night. Nobody was there to assist us and we tried to sleep through the room temperature reaching 90°. There were piles of empty beer, bottles and cans in the grass outside of our room. The beach closest to the hotel is so small you almost can’t even lay down the towel. We left after a couple of nights and found a nicer hotel elsewhere. Certainly not worth $245 per night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Terrible. The room had a bad smell due either to mold or its proximity to the ocean.

Stayed here our first night, booking only a couple hours prior to checking in around 11:30pm. The late night check-in woman was very nice, and the locals bar on the property (but separate from the hotel) was popping off with mostly locals at karaoke. 10/10, would stay again.

Food was great, views were beautiful, pool was small, but clean and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Awesome location n view

The pool and the beach are beautiful. Short walk from room. Upstairs they have food it’s ok, staff is friendly and helpful during the evening they have music so you can have fun. Just ask for your room to be cleaned and you are set. Can’t wait to go back
