The 108 Hotel

I have consistently preferred staying at Hotel 108 Islamabad during my travels. The hotel maintains a very professional, corporate, and cozy environment, which suits my business travel requirements perfectly. One of the key reasons for choosing this hotel repeatedly is the breakfast arrangement with Loafology, which has always been among my favorite breakfast spots in Islamabad. However, during my most recent stay, my breakfast experience was unfortunately not up to the usual standard. Despite arriving early and clearly mentioning that I was a hotel guest with limited time due to travel back to Lahore, it took almost 30 minutes just to receive a cup of coffee. The overall breakfast service was noticeably delayed, which made the experience stressful rather than comfortable. I fully understand that mornings can be busy, especially at a popular place like Loafology. That said, I would respectfully suggest that hotel guests be catered separately or given priority service, especially considering time constraints associated with travel schedules. Mixing hotel guests with walk-in customers during peak hours can significantly impact the guest experience. I am sharing this feedback purely in the spirit of improvement, as I genuinely value Hotel 108 and intend to continue staying here. With a small operational adjustment in breakfast service, the overall guest experience can be made even more seamless and premium. Thank you for considering this feedback.
