Crescent Furnished Apartments

This is probably my 5th time booking this property and it’s been a wonderful experience every time !

The washer and dryer did not work nor was there any detergent. The air wasn’t working well either.

The apartment was really nice and clean. Close to downtown and surrounding areas. The only issue I had was the heat was staying on and had to call couple times. But overall was nice.

Clean area

I booked this for a business trip. The location was great and the photos looked nice, but this was possibly the worst place I've ever stayed at. There is a club directly under the rooms with no noise insulation. When I got back to my room in the evening on a Thursday, the room was shaking from how loud it was. I could hear the music and DJ word for word. I called to cancel and was told they put a noise disclaimer in the listing for times like this when people complained, so are basically scamming people. It took me an hour and a half on the phone with hotels.com and the property to get out of the reservation. Then two days later, they "accidentally" charged me a second $300 deposit. Avoid this at all costs!!
