I was there just for the night so not much to say. The staff was very helpful. Place was far away from the airport. So that was a negative. The lady at the reception helped me to get taxi to the airport which would have been difficult for me.

Overall, the place was clean and satisfying. Since I was travelling with my parents, I was concerned about cleanliness, but the room was clean enough that I had nothing to worry about, and the housekeeping was well managed. Our flight arrived in Bangkok early in the morning, but we were able to use the free shuttle service provided by the accommodation (reservation required), which was safe and convenient. All the staff members were also very kind. Breakfast was delicious as well. If I visit Bangkok again, I’d love to stay here once more. There are many free-roaming dogs around the accommodation — they’re adorable, but also a little pitiful. If I had known about them in advance, I would have brought some treats to share.

Arrived 1 hour early. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was very swift, and staff were forthcoming with information about breakfast (which was very adequate) and the bus transfer to the airport. Cannot fault my stay.

Clean,close to BKK, friendly prompt service. My new BKK hotel for sure! Picked up at airport on time,driver helped with my wife’s heavy luggage.the breakfast was also good with many food options and great coffee

The hotel facilities, the staff, service, room size and amenities were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful! The only reason for less thàn excellent is ĺocation. The area is primarily industrial. So, not very scenic! But it is perfect for a layover between flights!
