Great place to stay very clean and everything you need for your stay provided

WiFi poor but was not their for WiFi so did not spoil the stay

All the "little extras", the milk, shortbread, and bottle of wine 🤣, kitchen roll, loo rolls Lovely comfortable beds (and good quality pillows and duvets) Quality reclining furniture, not the standard built in sofas found in some static caravans Beautifully clean and well equipped, good quality cookware and facilities

i liked everything about the property.

Very thoughtful hosts. Large, clean, well equipped caravan. Nice site. Dog friendly. Good location for touring Scottish and English borders. Enjoyed our stay.

Road noise in bedroom.

Bigger than expected, en-suite a huge bonus. Comfy seats, well equipped kitchen. Really good shower

Toilet seat in en-suite didn't fit. Not as many walks accessible as was led to believe

Great, peaceful countryside surroundings and great for walks along public footpaths away from the road. Leading along the river into town was a leisurely 1 hour stroll (or less). The caravan is very spacious and modern and clean and one of the best we have stayed in (and that has been many!)

one negative would be the closeness of the caravan to the road, which started getting noisy from 7am every morning.

we had a great weekend at the caravan ,it has everything you would need ,good contact with the host ,it is a good base for sightseeing and only an hour from Berwick ,everyone was friendly and the site was very clean ,if you like things quiet i would recommend it
