USMousa and Ahmed at the staff desk are super helpful and hard working. Great customer service. The rooms are comfortable and the room service is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby and small grocery and tea shops across the street. I like having a kitchen and in-room washer The staff overall make the experience great. Everyone smiles and says hello and does their jobs cheerfully, no matter how tired they may be or whatever is going on in their lives.
Sometimes the kitchenware could be a bit better. Like there's a dull knife, or scissors missing, or an ancient pan with no teflon remaining. We often call to have other kitchenware delivered, but they always bring it happily. The location, like most of Qatar, is quite car-centric. The gym closes for ladies hours during lunch which is when i usually prefer to go to the gym to beat the afternoon rush, but I can work around it. The coffee at the cafe downstairs is meh, but the staff is super friendy. Shout out to Nari Dezza for providing excellent service.
EGThey did their best to make our stay comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay, and i think i will consider the same hotel for future reservations. Female receptionists were amazing, welcoming and always smiling.
only water pressure in the bathroom was weak.

I tried request if we can check in early and late check but, swe can't. But some hotels in qatar they allowed it .
