The employee, I believe her name is Senytia, is Russian. She performs her job professionally. A hotel wins when it has a professional and distinguished staff. My regards to her. This hotel is very suitable for budget-conscious travelers and those needing a quick change of scenery for one or two nights.

I didn't like their question about providing dental hygiene products and personal care items; these should be available without asking.
