"There is no hot water in the shower"

There are small shops in the area where you can find a breakfast.

There is no hot water in the shower. Bogota is a cold city and I expect hot water in a shower. I couldn´t take a shower. It is without a breakfast. Restaurants in the area closed very early around 6 PM.

"Awful experience..."

I've never stayed in a worse hotel. There was another person's room attached to our room, there was a door in our room that linked to the other room. There was an opening in the top and bottom of the door, which meant you could hear the other person very clearly in the other room. On Saturday we were woken up at 9 am to loud music from the other person's room, followed by cigarette smoke. We also had an issue with the hot water, there wasn't any. The hotel had an issue with their boiler. Furthermore, the room was right next to the main road and all you could hear were cars and loud noises. The whole experience was terrible.
