GBWe’ve been staying at the Finiki Villas for years now and absolutely love our time there! The Villas are clean and spacious, and are a perfect place to stay when holidaying in Latchi. The pool was well maintained, a good size and provided a great way to cool down after spending time in the sun. Whilst we only had brief communication with the hosts, they were very friendly & polite and done everything possible to make our stay as hassle free and comfortable as possible.
We loved everything about the Villa!
GBLocation great, villa had all we needed, apart from a hairdryer, but it did have 2 irons! Lol! Pool and pool area was clean, altho the water cold. Staff very friendly!
A hairdryer was missed and dog barking was a pest, but we still had a fabulous time!
GBNice quiet location 15min walk into town
GBA modern, functional villa surrounded by fruit orchards, just 10-15mins walk from lovely Latchi. Everything is cleanly tiled or pale granite, so really nice and clean-feeling. The pool area is lovely and the pool quite a good size. The excellent Mr Nepal was on hand to help us if we needed anything.
The man who came to fix the pool at the villa next door (owned by the same company) was remarkably rude. I would definitely consider using a different pool maintenance company.
CYNo breakfast was offered. The property is located very close to services, and within a 5 minute drive from the beach.
It was a great disappointment that we had to pay extra money for air-conditioning in the sitting room and kitchen areas, despite the information provided on the site of booking.com that it was a fully air-conditioned apartment and the announcement that was posted within the property that "air-conditioning is free of charge and a gift from the owner". Moreover, nothing is provided by the owner for the first day of arrival, not even basic things like toilette paper, a bottle of water, liquid soap, etc. The mattress on the bed was particularly uncomfortable and needs to be change.
