staff was very accommodating. they have remodeled everything and it was very nice.

the floor was a little dirty (dead insect, dust bunny). it is not carpet, which should help in cleanliness. it seemed to have been wiped down with a swiffer wet jet and left slightly sticky residue. everything else was very clean and well done

Very noisy neighbors above. Sounded like thwy were moving furniture 12 hours a day. Water pressure in the shower was terrible.

I think there were bed bugs. I didn’t wait to find out and packed up my stuff and left. Black spots (looked like dead bugs) under the fold in the sheets and when I pulled the sheets back there was hair in the bed.
