Room was clean, as on the photo. Hotel is super convenient and located not so far from the beach. Silent and cozy. And the restaurant is super nice, I like the food there and the service. The stuff is super attentive. Totally recommend.

Good day, I was extremely disappointed with the unacceptable condition of the hotel. 1. Upon arrival on the 27th of December, we were greeted by a septic tank at the entrance emitting an unbearable stench that has persisted throughout our stay. 2. The rooms were in terrible condition, with dust on the floors, uncleaned bathrooms, and even cockroaches present. It is evident the cleaning team did not perform their duties adequately. Given these issues, I am appalled that they charge such exorbitant prices for this level of service. I even tried to find alternative accommodation, but due to the high peak season, everything was fully booked. I am demanding a full refund for my stay, as this experience is entirely unacceptable.

Mr Vinoy Kumar who is the Manager in charge MOD was extremely helpful and proactive. Even when we had a train to catch on 28th morning , he proactively arranged packed breakfast for our 2 families though we only asked for our kids. Such a high level of customer centric approach with a smile on his face is highly appreciated.

Large room, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with excellent shower. Clean. Bed linen changed daily. Good service, friendly staff at the reception (young lady). Breakfast ok (only Indian food).

Location: while close to the main street (4-5 min walk) the beach is quite away (10-12 min walk, more than 1km). Swimming pool is rather small and not attractive. Safe in the room did not work.
