1616 HOTEL

Excelentes habitaciones súper cómodas y limpias. Staff muy atento siempre! Muy bien ubicado. Para estadías sencillas es gran opción!

Lo único es que el desayuno incluido podría tener más variedad o más completoo. Y el café que ofrece el restaurant definitivamente malo!!! El incluido y el de máquina de xtra. Ambos estaban aguacdos. La máquina del lobby nos resolvió! Pero debería mejorar la calidad del café y desayuno para perfeccionar el rating.

O hotel é excelente! O quarto enorme, novo, extremamente bem decorado e confortável! Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos e receptivos! A localização é muito boa também.

O café da manhã é uma decepção total e não faz jus a estrutura do hotel. Consta como incluído, porém é um café “ a la carte” com apenas umas 4 opções e você somente pode escolher uma, se quiser pedir outra é cobrado à parte! Ou seja, seria no máximo uma cortesia…

The room space was nice.

I stayed at a Standard Room which I booked since it was just 1 night. Well the hotel is located on a MAJOR avenue, therefore the noise was impossible. This room was located on the second floor which felt like my bed was on the street because of the loud noise. I kindly asked the person at the front desk if there was a way to get a room in a top floor in order to be a little further from the noise...she was not kind and told me that was the room I booked so I had to tolerate the noise. On the Booking description it doesn't specify that the Standard Room is located on the second floor. The bed pillows are so small I had to use 6 of them,...they aren't standard size pillows. The breakfast was so simple and plain that I would have preferred having breakfast elsewhere.

For a 4 star hotel the service could improve They have a restaurant above the hotel and I asked if we could order dinner to be brought to the room. They said yes however they wanted us to call ourselves but we are not great Spanish speakers and not comfortable with phone calls and also unless we could call via WhatsApp (which I asked and never gotten a response) it would have been really expensive to do so not having calls included in our e-sim is not the end of the world we ended up going to the restaurant and ate there but they should improve this side of the service. Same with laundry service they don’t offer one they said they could help me with getting one the following day and never heard from them again… so yeah nice but need some improvement… Also a beautiful bath was in the room however the water doesn’t stay hot long enough to even fill it so a bit pointless… Another thing is the room we were in faced the highway so is very loud with noise of cars and motorcycles not great if you are a light sleeper.. the room should get some noise control
