Very friendly and helpful staff, and great location. We had an amazing view from our room (Room 441) which was also very spacious with balcony. Loved everything about it. Enjoyed the sauna too! Breakfast spread was decent - loved the juicer for our early morning vitamin dosage! No complaints; highly recommended.

スイスっぽくて可愛いかった。 朝食でホットチョコレートを作ってくれて美味しかった。 種類は多くないけど満足できました。 お湯、お水、電子レンジがあって助かった！

部屋から山が見えたけど、隣のホテルの部屋と目線が合うのが気になった。 駅から徒歩10分以内だけど坂だからキャリーケース重いと結構きつい。バス停がすぐ近くにあるので、バスに乗るのがおすすめです。

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Grindelwald! The hotel was spotless — you could really tell how much care goes into keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, beautifully arranged, and very clean. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring the area. Overall, we felt so well taken care of and truly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Grindelwald!
