The entire staff is excellent in all areas.Their team was resourceful, very nice, always polite. My Cleaning Person named “Wipha” Greet me daily with a beautiful smile. Great location just a five minute walk to the beach, the staff was very friendly and let me check in early as well. It’s a little on the pricey side but it’s worth it. I would like to reach out to one of the concierge staff named Peeya he is very knowledgeable and helpful for all your needs. They have an excellent and very friendly staff from the security guards, to the front desk. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here on my next trip.

The hotel has very good setting, full renovated for lobby and rooms, the decor is up-to-date, staffs are very friendly. However the location is too centre of the busy street, hotel is quiet but once go out, it is busy busy street, good or bad, depend on what you want. They set up the pool and kids playground at the almost same area, for those visiter without kids which is not very convenience. We don't have chance to try their restaurant, we have no idea for foods. Overall, the hotel is keeping very good, I like staffs and the lobby looks very comfortable.

i got a terrible room, staff was unable to help me move into a better room! expedia app was subpar with my request. expedia app did NOT help me, too confusing, too many ridicules fees and penalties. with extra money, i should have just stayed at the hilton!
