Busan Centum Victoria Hotel

가격대비 만족스러운 스테이였습니다. 호텔이 두개 동시에 운영되다 보니 이용에 조금 헷갈리믄 부분은 있었습니다. 5번 엘리베이터 제외하고 모두 사용 가능

업무차 출장건으로 백스코와 가까워서 아주 좋았습니다. 세탁기가 있어 편했지만 세제가 없어서 불편했고, 세탁기가 있으니 작은 건조대가 있었으면 하는 바램이 있었습니다. 오래된 호텔이지만 리모델링이 되어 있었고 다른 호텔에 비해서 넓은 편이어서 장기투숙시 좁아서 불편함은 느낄 수 없어서 아주 좋았습니다

Room’s are large and comfortable but old. Everything is an old material and strangely outfitted. A kettle but no cups or mugs, dish soap and cleaning utensils but no crockery. Strong smoke smell despite being non smoking. Found old cigarette butt behind the toilet. Quiet and large, bathroom acceptable

Our first time in Busan and overall this place was rather spacious for our group of four. Close to eating places and shopping. Some drawbacks: This building shares rooms with another hotel(?). There are two check in lobby areas. We had a very late check-in (11:30am) and when we got there ‘no one’ was there!!! We asked the other counter for assistance and they were no help. Only thing was a young man (who spoke English) who was in the lobby and helped us to call someone down to get our keys… if it wasn’t for him, no one would help us. Other than that, since we were out the whole day… it was a good roomy place to sleep & rest.

I like there are laundry machine and a microwave in my room. The room is large.

We ( family of 4 adults) got a suite with 2 bedrooms, large living room and a breakfast area at very reasonable price. Very nice room, clean and very good location. Centum City shopping mall which houses Lotte and Shinsaegae department stores, Spaland Korean Spa place are right around the corner. We love our stay there.

벡스코에서 일정이 있는 경우 가장 가까운 숙박지입니다. 신호등 하나만 건너면 바로 벡스코 1전시장 입니다. 1층에 편의점, 식당, 카페 등이 있고, 신세계백화점, 롯데백화점 등과도 가깝고 대중교통 사용도 편리합니다. 화장실 수압이 약해서 물이 잘 내려가지 않았고 밤 중에 화장실 변기에서 초음파음 같은 게 계속 들려 인터넷으로 방법을 찾아 해결했습니다. 체크인 직후 들어갔을 때 화장실 바닥과 욕조 안에 머리카락이 떨어져 있었습니다. 주차 칸이 좁은 편이지만 주차면이 많이 주차가 어렵지는 않습니다. 대신 주차장을 이용하기 위해서는 1층에서 엘레베이터를 갈아타야하는 불편함이 있습니다.

직원들 친절함과 깨끗한 객실

저녁 늦게 체크인 하러 갔는데 아무도 안계셨어요. 전화드려보니 방키를 준비해놨으니 가져가라고 하셨고, 1쪽짜리 안내문도 같이 있더라고요. 체크아웃 할 때도 안계셔서 직원을 만나지 못해 서비스 평가하는 게 어렵습니다. 다만 불편함은 전혀 없었고, 제가 사용한 방이 너무 크고 좋았습니다.
