TV is not working , that ok, because of i dont understand thai language. Location is not bad, but 20 mins walk to at the beach, I prefer to stay at the top level of hotel the reason is , close to the swimming pool and nice view
Great service
This is more like a 2 star tops every second night there is boxing fights blaring that music they have not sound proofed the building it’s a nightmare! My balcony door does not lock, the safe in the roof was not bolted in THE BEDS MATTRESS is life thin- the staff were very nice the breakfast of decent value BUT THE HOTEL WAS VERY DEPRESSING and I regretted booking here immediately ! BEWARE
We booked a room with three twins and when we arrived there were only two. They would not fix the situation so I had to waste hours of my life on the phone with hotels.com to fix it. The breaker shorted out they moved us rooms and again had the same bed issue. The beds were so hard our bodies hurt in the morning. It’s right next door to the the boxing stadium so it’s extremely loud and almost impossible to sleep on fight nights.
