Treebo Aall Season

We took Double Deluxe room, it's spacious for 2 adults and a child. (The cupboard space was insufficient, tho.) Bathroom has a water heater so hot water was available 24x7, which is a boon esp when evenings are so chilly in April. Attached balcony offers a decent view.

Bed linens are changed once in 3 days but frankly the 'new' sheets don't look well washed. Their leaflet says they offer fresh bath towels daily but that is not the case. You have to call the reception guy for fresh towels, only then will you get them. So if you're staying 3 days, you will have to call him 3 times. They say they offer complimentaries like free tea/coffee sachets and free dental kit every day. But that's not the case. You have to call the reception guy for the same yet again. Google says they have an in-house restaurant but that is not true. They have a small mess to serve the complimentary breakfast (thankfully u don't have to call the reception guy to avail this!) The mess has table and chairs which accomodate only 10 people so if there are 20 people in the hotel, the remaining 10 will have to come back later for breakfast or else take the food to their rooms. Plates and cutleries are provided.

Poor facility, conjusted room, no house keeping, when we arrived in romm, cupboard &rooms are dusty.. I was stay in munnar same in treebo hottel, that was good location, friendly staff daily house keeping and good wibe thats why i booked same Treebo in kodaikanal but now i understood it was my wrong decession

Location doesn't have good hotels ...other than that it was prime location

Room has a good balcony view

Breakfast was tasty but seating capacity is limited. Car Parking facility is there.

No restaurant in the hotel.
