Serenity Resort & Residences Phuket

Stayed in 902 on 2-4th May Good: Room is clean and comfortable with a yard for relaxation and chatting. The pool is great and they have live music for those who want to chat and relax by the poolside even till 10pm. They provide activities for guests like yoga and Pilate sessions, pool volleyball etc. They drive from airport to the resort is easy (rent a car). The staff are courteous and welcoming especially the male sweeper. Watch the sunrise by the pool, it’s nice! Not so good: The bath towels need to be replaced, they are old and stained after years. The boy at the bar on 3rd May 9:30am was grouchy.

CURTAINS IN THE BEDS. Sleeping in the dark is very very important.

LOCATION IS A DISASTER!!! Faraway from everything. Lot of money spent on taxi. Ankle-deep beach not swimmable. TOILET AND SHOWER IN SAME ROOM, ONLY ONE FOR THE DORM!!! VERY EXPENSIVE. Atmosphere and socializing very disappointing. Horrible loud music when I wanted to chill out and swimm

I've stayed in other Selina hostels and this one didn't dissappoint and while there were also other hostellers it was nice that you also mixed with guests staying in different kind of rooms and the amenities were top notch even though not all guests seem to have been made aware of things like the kitchen and cinema room in Selina Home. Made many friends with other solo travelers and even after I left I know many extended their stay by a week or more.

The beach isn't the kind to lay out on as the tide came and went frequently, but it still added a very relaxing atmosphere. The immediate area of Rawai didn't have much and was a bit far from city centers, but if you're solo you can easily get a Grab bike and get to places like old town or Kata night market in 15-20 minutes.

Le ménage n’était pas fait correctement. Nous avons retrouvé des faux cils avec de la colle dans les draps, sachant que nous n’importons pas. C’est dégoûtant. De plus après avoir utilisé le room service pour commander du poisson, nous sommes tombés malade.
