"Very interesting, lovely setting, very spacious hut."

9.0

Very spacious, lovely location and great wee cafe 2 huts along

There were just a few wee cleanliness issues that were reported to the company didn’t need dealt with as didn’t affect our stay. Shower grouting could do with being redone and shower was slow draining but very minor issues easily rectified.

"A great place to use as a base for getting into the beautiful scenery within a few miles away."

9.0

There was plenty of space and it was very clean and tidy. The location was quiet, but there was a fabulous cafe a few doors down.

"A great place to stay!"

10.0

The layout, furnishings and fittings really made for a fabulously comfortable stay. The bedroom was a great size, far bigger than we expected. The lounge area was lovely, very comfortable sofa/chairs and the kitchen area and bathroom were fab with a great supply of everything you need. Lovely roomy shower with big towels....love a big towel! Fab location too with a very interesting history. Next time we have to visit the Museum!

We would have loved the cafe to be open when we popped by (it was maybe open at other times/not sure) and it would have been great to buy from the bakery onsite or have info to book before we arrived. We did go to their shop in Comrie itself the next day and it's well worth a visit.

"Fantastic quirky Nissan hut in beautiful location."

8.0

Quirky Nissan hut from WW2 renovated to 5* standards. Brilliant if you need accessible facilities due to disability which can be difficult to find.

Unfortunately, despite an extensive message conversation with the booking agent before arriving, the hut hadn’t been cleaned or prepared. Fortunately there was a housekeeper on site doing another hut but she had no knowledge of our arrival. She was able to contact her manager who she said had not informed her. So we had to go away for 2 hours as there are no facilities open on site (contrary to what the booking info says) and by the time we could get in it was pouring with rain so we got soaked. However once we were able to get started the stay was lovely.
