Manor Place - Convenience Style

The convenient location, it was just a 5mins walk from downtown, stores, restaurants, and the train station. It was also a few minutes' walk from the Broughty Ferry and the beach.

Parking, as you would have to be lucky to get parking out front and neighbors were a bit noisy but think it was due to repairs. The neighborhood is otherwise quiet.

Central location, comfort, privacy, easy access to local amenities and value for money. Timely action to resolve beeping smoke detector.

Shower just a little small but could not have been any bigger. Parking not always available in the street outside accommodation. Smoke detector in kitchen started beeping at 4.50am unfortunately we couldn’t reach it……. suggest regular changing of batteries.

Great location. The flat has everything you need, ideal size for two people.
