1. Would not allow a solo traveller into the hotel as a twin room had been booked and paid before on booking. 2. Did not state on booking personal identification was needed on arrival 3. Hotel said they had not taken payment and to refer back to Booking.com 4. Booking.com had taken payment from my account 5. Customer left in an unacceptable position

"The stay was good,except there was a couple of downfalls."

The location was okay being quite close to town,did not have any meals there

As there was a no smoking policy in all rooms and corridors,when me and my partner returned back to the hoptimist hotel there was a strong smell of cannabis.
