The key safe box was located in the dedicated parking space which was difficult to find. I would have preferred the key safe box to have been positioned at the front door. I would have been happy to use the car park close by the property rather than spend ages trying to find the dedicated space. If it wasn’t for the site of the key safe, I would have given the property full marks.

It was clean and beautifully kept, it is situated nicely with easy access to local shops and town centre. Parking space is only a short distance away and the property benefits from having this. The owners have packed a lot into a small property and cottage worked well for two adults.

It was little things that lacked, super kitchen, but apart from the fridge no cupboard space for groceries and dried foods/breakfast cereals. One great chair in living room but sofa bed seemed unnecessary and isn’t the most comfortable. The upstairs spaces are nicely set out as they capture the best of the natural sunlight however the en-suite is small and head heights will be challenging for some.
