GBClean and roomy. Plenty of space and good facility. Felt luxury and functional, very tidy and well positioned in Kirriemuir to explore the town, parks and region.
Wasn’t sure to park at the back or front on arrival but as the rear of property is a touch awkward to enter and may only allow parking for other properties, thought best to park at the front and this was ideal, always space and no bother to neighbours. Felt safe and accessible so not really a complaint just good for future visitors to be aware of on arrival.
GBLovely cottage with plenty of space. Good heating system. Great shower. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice to have a real fireplace and a bath. Comfy bedding. Good location too. The WiFi was more than adequate for streaming on the decent TV. We had a great time!
It wasn’t clear if the sash windows were meant to open downstairs and we didn’t want to force them. A minor issue if you are cooking or using the fireplace.

GBComfortable and clean - nicely furnished and decorated.
Parking was a pain. It says there is space outside the property but this is often taken up by people parking during the day to avoid using car parks and then residents and people visiting the town on the evening. At one point we were boxed in by resident who were clearly unhappy that we had parked outside their home and not the rental.

Need to lock at the locks on both the front and back doors !
