The rooms need a better upkeep. The mattress was very hard and sagging on one side. Toilet seat cover broken and loose. AC tripped too frequently and had to ring uo Front office to restart. House keeping staff polite but need better training. Front office and GM very polite and helpful, a pleasure to interact with. The Resturant not meant for old people. It seems the takeover is new and Clarks quality missing

Good service, Nicely cleaned, Support to customer. Tv had small problem, given upgraded room without any hesitation. On the way to gujarat state. Staff members cooperative. Location is just 3 km from bus station and railway station. Enjoined the trip.
